Our Sirloin Steaks are grass fed and finished – from lean to fat, every ounce is good for you. Each steak is a nice, thick cut with a tender texture with a firmer bite and a quintessential beefy flavor. Lends itself well to marinating and is best served medium-rare. We love rendering down that stip of fat on the edge and slicing a bite that has both lean and fat combined. So delicious!
